Senior Vice President, Grubb & Ellis
A 16-year veteran in the San Gabriel office of Grubb & Ellis, Rick specializes in advising and representing investors, buyers, tenants and property owners as it relates to their industrial and office real estate assets.
Key clients Rick represents include Edison International, Graybar Electric Company, Metro One Telecommunications, San Polo Development and Covina Technology Center LLC.
Rick has been recognized for 10 of the last 16 years as a recipient of the Grubb & Ellis most coveted recognition award "The Circle of Excellence." In 2001 Rick was recognized with this award and was placed in the top 3 percent in his peer group nationally.
Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Rick spent four years in corporate accounting at a subsidiary of Beatrice Foods. Rick is a founding member and past president of the South El Monte Kiwanis and resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife and two daughters.
Rick has a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
